Acadia Healthcare seeks a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to join our Boca Raton team. You will provide hands-on care, maintain a structured and therapeutic environment, and support patient safety as part of a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required
• Six months of experience with a similar patient population preferred
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required; training provided on hire
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements
