Acadia Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate to join our Lafayette team for FT Nights. You will provide hands-on care and support in a structured, patient-centered environment where safety and recovery are the focus.

As part of a dedicated clinical team, you will help maintain a therapeutic setting, address patient concerns with empathy, and follow leadership in delivering compassionate care while pursuing ongoing training and career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR certification, de-escalation and restraint certifications required; training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
