Job summary

Acadia Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to join our team. You will provide hands-on care and compassionate support in a structured, team-focused environment to help keep patients safe and support their recovery each day.

In this role you will participate in a care team, maintain a safe setting, and address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism. A High School Diploma and CPR/first aid certifications are required or provided on hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
