Job summary

Community Health Alliance is seeking a part-time Behavioral Health Assistant to support the Behavioral Health Department. The role involves triaging and scheduling patients, screening eligibility, and linking patients to community resources while maintaining confidential records.

Responsibilities include attending team meetings, tracking BH data, and delivering compassionate, quality care across CHA locations in Reno and Sparks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in a clinical administrative assistant role.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage and schedule patients for Behavioral Health appointments.
• Complete eligibility screening for Behavioral Health providers.
• Provide community resources and referrals.
• Attend Behavioral Health team meetings and maintain records.
• Collect and report Behavioral Health data and trends.
