Texas Health and Human Services Commission seeks a Health Assistant to join the Professional Supervision department in Mexia. This full-time role supports behavior health services, assists in developing treatment strategies, and works with the IDT to implement plans.

Must be prepared for diverse shifts and occasional overtime. The position involves data collection and reporting, collaboration with direct care staff, and ongoing training in behavioral supports.

Competenze

• Graduation from an accredited four‑year college or university with major coursework in psychology or related field is generally preferred.
• Experience in psychological work is desirable.
• Experience participating as a member of a multidisciplinary team is preferred.

Mansioni

• Attends work, may have rotating/different shifts and overtime.
• Assists staff in development of treatment and training strategies and provision of therapy.
• Participates in development of treatment strategies and baseline data collection for individuals.
