Job summary

True North Recovery Inc. is seeking a qualified clinician to perform comprehensive behavioral health assessments and diagnose substance use and mental health disorders.

You will coordinate electronic health records and referrals to support continuity of care, working with a multidisciplinary team. The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, and the ability to pursue licensure or already pursuing licensure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field.
• Willingness to pursue licensure or current licensure.
• Experience with biopsychosocial assessments preferred.
• Experience in substance abuse or mental health field desired.

Responsibilities

• Conduct integrated behavioral health assessments and diagnose substance use disorders.
• Coordinate electronic health records and referrals; collaborate with supervisors as needed.
• Use ASAM criteria to determine level of care and communicate outcomes to the team.
