Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing or master's in social work/counseling required.
• Current OH clinical, social work, or RN license required.
• Experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates response to a request for services, including assessment, referral, and level of care determination.
• Initiates the assessment, documents symptoms, functioning, and needs; provides information to MD for LOC.
• Delivers excellent customer service to patients, physicians, visitors, and coworkers.
• Familiar with Emergency Detention paperwork and EMTALA processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
