Acadia Healthcare and ECU Health have partnered to establish a state-of-the-art, 144-bed behavioral health hospital in Greenville, NC. We are seeking a Full-time Admissions RN for the night shift (7:00 p.m.

– 7:00 a.m., 3-12 hour shifts with weekend rotation) to join the ECU Behavioral Health Hospital team. The role focuses on ensuring a smooth admissions process, including documentation, insurance pre-authorization, and coordination with medical and psychiatric staff to ensure timely,

Formación

• Minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of one year of clinical or observational experience.

Responsabilidades

• Review medical documentation for admissions and obtain orders.
• Facilitate emergency transfers when needed.
• Review referrals and assess medical/behavioral acuity.
• Perform insurance benefit verifications and pre-authorization for treatment.
• Coordinate admission processes including consent and belongings.
• Maintain accurate medical records for payor authorization.
• Provide empathetic, professional patient care and address concerns.
• Coordinate care for patients not admitted and arrange follow-up.
