Job summary

Summit Healthcare Mgmt in Franklin, Tennessee seeks a Referral Admissions Coordinator to provide outstanding client service and coordinate admission activities for Summit BHC’s programs. You will manage referrals, document communications, and guide families and clients through the process.

The role is onsite with potential after-hours activity and requires strong sales/relationship skills, a high school diploma, and experience in healthcare or substance-use treatment settings.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• 1+ year of transactional/relationship sales experience.
• Experience in substance use disorder or psychiatric treatment field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client caseload and assist RAC team with admission activities.
• Handle inbound referral calls and advocate for clients.
• Explain insurance and payment options and arrange payment plans.
• Coordinate with business development and other professionals.
• Ensure timely documentation and file accuracy.
• Make admission decisions with dates and travel arrangements.
