Candidates should have a BA/BS and experience in behavioral health; entry- to mid-level experience is acceptable with training provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Science is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform telephonic clinical screening and triage services for patients seeking treatment.
• Seek clinical supervision for urgent cases.
• Document all demographic, clinical and insurance information per policies.
• Assign patients to face-to-face evaluation appointments.
• Coordinate benefits verification with Verification Specialists and inform patients.
• Orient patients to the program and assist with registration paperwork.
• Document and maintain intake, referral and admissions data in the Princeton House SQL database.
• Support customer service and improve department performance; collaborate with care teams.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.
• Address patients' physical, psychological and social needs.
• Participate in unit compliance with established standards.
