CVS Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Residential Coordinator to manage admissions for out-of-home residential treatment and to coordinate with care teams and providers. You will ensure timely access to appropriate, quality treatment settings and maintain clear documentation.

The role requires clinical knowledge, strong organization, and collaboration across provider networks and multidisciplinary teams. Travel up to 10% may be involved as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience with Arizona behavioral health system, behavioral health network operations, and community-based treatment resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel) and electronic documentation systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within Arizona.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate residential treatment facility referrals and admissions for members approved for out-of-home behavioral health residential treatment across multiple levels of care.
• Identify clinically appropriate participating residential treatment providers to support the member's treatment goals.
• Manage the residential referral process, including distribution of referrals, tracking provider responses, and maintaining documentation.
• Collaborate with behavioral health homes, treating providers, and community partners to ensure timely submission of clinical information for facility reviews.
• Monitor referral status and facility timelines to promote timely access to care and minimize delays in treatment facilities.
• Serve as a primary contact for residential treatment providers, behavioral health homes, and internal stakeholders regarding facility coordination.
• Respond urgently to facility disruptions or denials by coordinating alternative treatment options.
• Participate in utilization management rounds and case reviews; present member cases to support team discussions.
• Facilitate meetings with residential providers to improve collaboration and outcomes.
