Job summary

Universal Health Services Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to drive outpatient services growth in the Phoenix area.

The role coordinates with the facility, community, and referral partners to implement strategic sales plans and enhance the facility’s brand within the community. The ideal candidate will have outpatient behavioral health experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Required; Master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years of related work experience; 5–8 years preferred.
• Demonstrated business development concepts, sales abilities.
• Knowledge of marketing and sales principles.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between the facility and referral sources; implement service-oriented action plans.
• Develop and execute sales activities to maximize market penetration; monitor inquiries and admissions.
• Identify and build strategic sales plans for existing and potential referral sources; maintain relationships.
• Maintain documentation of top accounts, contacts, planning reports, and competitive profiles; complete reports timely.
• Monitor industry changes to adjust weekly sales plans and business strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date information in MedSeries 4/MIDAS/MEDIK; utilize reports for planning.
• Facilitate timely communication among facility, referral sources, patients, families, and community.
• Participate in Business Development team meetings and provide marketing updates and opportunities.
