Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as central contact for scheduling all outpatient services across Billings and Bozeman.
• Schedules appointments across locations, providers, and service lines.
• Enter and update appointments in the EHR; verify client demographics.
• Communicate scheduling issues to leadership and support workflow improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
