Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Minimum of three years of healthcare or customer service experience.
• Proficient with electronic medical records (EMR) and general computer/phone use.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and use medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for behavioral health and ABA service lines, including scheduling, filing, and medical records prep.
• Answer phones promptly and handle referrals and inquiries.
• Assist clients with intake documentation and guidance.
• Ensure accurate scheduling of client appointments for BH and ABA services.
• Input client demographic and insurance information into EMR accurately.
