Qualifications

  • Fluency in English with working knowledge of another Bank language (Spanish, French, or Portuguese) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with quantitative and qualitative empirical methods; proficient in STATA and R for data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare clear briefs and reports communicating key insights and recommendations from behavioral projects.
  • Engage in knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops to foster innovation in behavioral economics.
  • Support the full cycle of behavioral interventions from diagnosis and design to evaluation and reporting.
  • Develop practical skills in behavioral economics research through hands-on project involvement.
  • Conduct literature reviews on interventions in development projects and summarize findings.
