Qualifications

• Commitment to assisting people with varying disabilities to participate fully in their community and in their own lives.
• Fluent English—spoken, read and written.
• Proven record of conscientious, responsible behavior (work, volunteer or school history).
• Ability to work as a creative, engaged, dedicated member of the team.

Responsibilities

• Advocate and support adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily living activities.
• Assist with household tasks, meal prep, shopping, bathing, toileting and dressing.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and community outings; follow medical guidelines and support plans.
