Qualifications

• MSN with NP training required.
• Maryland NP licensure or eligibility required.
• CPR/ACLS/BCLS certifications required.
• DEA and CDS eligibility required.
• Minimum one year RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow up of children for medication management and development progress and access to services.
• Provide care coordinated through the ASK program and dedicated nurse.
• Collaborate with pediatric team to support children birth to 22 years old.
