Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor assessment and intervention strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Coordinate and conduct staff training to ensure best practices in behavioral support.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Behavioral Treatment Specialists to foster team expertise.
  • Manage program fiscal resources effectively, maintaining compliance and efficiency.
  • Respond promptly to emergency evaluations and interventions as requested by DDS and authorized personnel.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide additional support and emergency services.
