The role provides diagnostic impressions, therapeutic services, and clinical support to youth and families with a focus on behavioral health, collaboration with treatment teams, and evidence-based practices.

The position is full-time and in-person, with salary options depending on licensure: non-licensed with a qualifying Master's degree or license-eligible pay

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related clinical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in child or adolescent behavioral health services.
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities for youth.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic recommendations and clinical impressions to treatment teams.
• Assist in development and implementation of Individual Treatment Plans.
• Deliver individual, family, and group counseling services.
• Facilitate staff training on therapeutic approaches and best practices.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure quality programming and outcomes.
• Maintain consistent communication with program leadership and clinical teams.
• Document services and maintain accurate client records in EMR.
• Support clinical program development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Location: Williamsport, Pennsylvania

Job Type: Full-Time (In-person)

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 - non licensed with qualifying Masters degree or license eligible

$32.00 - $35.00 per hour - licensed (LSW, LAPC, LAMFT)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8-hour shifts

Position Summary

The Mental Health Professional provides diagnostic impressions, therapeutic services, and clinical support to treatment teams. This role plays a key part in developing effective treatment strategies and ensuring high-quality care through collaboration, clinical expertise, and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

Required:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related clinical field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in child or adolescent behavioral health services

• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical assessment skills

Preferred

• Experience in structured or residential treatment settings
• Experience providing clinical training or supervision

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to obtain required PA clearances (Act 33, Criminal History, FBI Act 73)
• Ability to pass Safe Crisis Management training
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to relocate to or commute to Williamsport, PA
