Elwyn is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to design and direct individualized resiliency plans for children and families, collaborating with families and the treatment team throughout the process.

You will review evaluations, set treatment goals, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality documentation and compliance with CASSP principles. A strong team mindset and clinical supervision skills are essential.

Qualificações

• BCBA certification or equivalent ABA credential from an NCCA/ANSI-accredited body.
• Graduate degree in ABA or related field from an accredited institution.
• PA licensure or eligibility to practice in relevant behavioral health fields.

Responsabilidades

• Develop goals with the child and family aligned to treatment plans.
• Maintain weekly contact with caregivers and team members to monitor plan implementation.
• Lead ISPT meetings to review progress and adjust interventions.
• Complete documentation including FBA, resiliency plan updates, and outcome measures.
• Provide supervision of MTs and BHTs and ensure plan adherence.
