Job summary

Elwyn in Philadelphia is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to design and direct resiliency plans for children and families, collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team to tailor goals and interventions. You will supervise Mobile Therapists and BHTs, maintain weekly caregiver contact, lead ISPT meetings, and ensure documentation and compliance with CASSP, VB-MAPP, ABAS, CAN, and related tools.

Qualifications

• BCBA or equivalent ABA certification is required.
• Graduate degree in ABA or a related field is required.
• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience providing mental health direct services to children/youth.
• Completed a clinical practicum and graduate degree in psychology/education/counseling or related field.
• Foreign degree equivalency accepted via recognized evaluator.
• PA licensure in psychology/counseling/social work or related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• CPR and restriction procedures training per agency protocol.

Responsibilities

• Design and direct resiliency plans with child and family, aligned to needs.
• Maintain weekly contact with caregivers and team members to monitor progress.
• Facilitate ISPT meetings to review progress and treatment needs.
• Complete documentation: FBA, resiliency plan updates, VB-MAPP/ABAS/CAN/other tools, progress notes.
• Provide clinical supervision of MTs and BHTs, with training on resiliency plans.
• Ensure CASSP principles and annual trainings are followed.
• Perform CPR and restrictive procedures as trained.
• Other duties as assigned.
