Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from clients' locations.
• Clean background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based behavioral support to individuals with disabilities.
• Complete functional assessments and develop behavior support strategies.
• Work closely with families and support teams.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments

Experience writing Behavior Support Plans

Ability to work independently and with a team

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Education

Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or Social Work
