Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Reliable personal transportation as some projects may require extensive travel.
• Safety training and PPE use as required.
• HSR training via CITI Program within five days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide reliability status on coding analysis measures for projects within the department.
• Perform cognitive, social, and emotional assessments with children and conduct interviews with teachers and families.
• Conduct observational evaluations in schools/classrooms using a live coding scheme.
• Handle data transfer, verification, entry, processing, management and analysis.
• Attend trainings and assist in recruiting subjects and obtaining informed consent; may train other coders on the team.
• May serve in an intervention or coaching role to train parents or teachers in parenting, including regular meetings to maintain certification.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
