Job Title: PMHNP / FNP – Nurse Practitioner (Behavioral and Family)
Location: Glendale, AZ (Hybrid) (Although this role is Hybrid, you must live close to the Glendale area since you will need to visit clinic periodically)
Hours & Schedule: Full-Time (3–4 Days/Week Schedule with Full-Time Pay & Benefits)
Work Environment: Hybrid Setting – Combination of In-Clinic and Telehealth Services
Salary / Hourly Rate: $120,000 – $150,000 / year

The PMHNP / FNP (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner / Family Nurse Practitioner) serves in a dual capacity, offering comprehensive care that blends mental health treatment with family-focused medical services. Working with teens and adolescents facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance use, this role is both clinically rich and emotionally meaningful. The practitioner will operate as part of a multidisciplinary care team to ensure safe, evidence-based, and impactful care.
