Job summary

Hennepin Autism Center seeks an ABA supervisor to support children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder. You will collaborate with a BCBA to develop individualized treatment plans, train direct service staff, and monitor treatment implementation.

Responsibilities include observing sessions, adjusting procedures, and analyzing data to improve client outcomes, while providing guidance to providers and ensuring high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) knowledge and experience.
• Experience with data collection and progress monitoring.
• Ability to train and supervise direct service providers.
• Strong collaboration with BCBA and treatment teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sessions to identify key deficits in clients.
• Lead weekly training sessions for direct service providers.
• Collaborate with BCBA to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Assist BCBA in adjusting procedures and treatment components.
• Observe providers and clients to ensure procedures are implemented correctly.
• Provide active direction and supervision during service delivery.
• Analyze treatment data and adjust programs as needed.
• Support data-driven decision making and progress tracking.
