Point Quest Group is hiring a Behavioral Aide III to support students academically, behaviorally, and socially, working alongside teachers and other education professionals. This full-time role offers benefits and opportunities to gain classroom experience while contributing to a positive learning environment.

The BA III position may include substitute teaching duties, using ABA strategies to promote positive behaviors, and documenting student progress.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; interest in teaching career.
Experience working with students in schools or treatment settings.
Must be able to complete DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check and TB clearance.

Responsibilities

Support teachers with classroom instruction and implementation of IEPs and BIPs.
Provide individualized academic and instructional support.
Serve as a substitute teacher as needed.
Use ABA strategies to encourage positive behaviors.
Track and document student progress, behaviors, and incidents.
Collaborate with teachers, supervisors, and school staff.
Assist with crisis situations using Pro-ACT and CPI techniques.
Supervise students during class, breaks, meals, transportation, and activities.
Participate in recreational activities, school events, and approved off-campus trips.
