Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Behavior Therapist to work at one of our Approved Private Special Education Programs (ALL Academy) in Naugatuck, CT. You will implement individualized educational and behavioral plans under the guidance of teachers and Board-C Certified Behavior Analysts.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of experience with children with disabilities and a strong set of interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Salary ranges from $36,000 to $46,000 per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• 2–3 years of direct support experience with children with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement each student’s educational and behavioral programs under supervision.
• Collaborate with School Psychologists, SLPs, and Occupational/Physical Therapists.
