Job summary
A behavior therapy organization in San Antonio is seeking a passionate Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Qualifications
- Certificate, Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a behavioral health or related field preferred.
- Obtain RBT Certification within the first 45 days of employment.
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.
Responsibilities
- Introduce and run therapy programs during 1:1 sessions.
- Take data during therapy sessions targeting various skills.
- Work with clientele exhibiting more aggressive behaviors.
- Provide consistent attention and care for clients during sessions.
