Job summary

A behavioral health organization located in San Antonio, Texas is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide personalized therapy for children with autism and developmental disabilities. Applicants must be 18+ with a high school diploma. This role offers a starting pay of $17.25 - $25.00 per hour, guaranteed hours, ample PTO, and training opportunities. You will support the implementation of treatment plans, track progress, and help create a safe and engaging environment for patients.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to move or transport up to 50 lbs.
• Must respond quickly to manage behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based day program.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track and record daily treatment via Central Reach.

Skills

Experience working with children aged 18 months–12 years

Willingness to be trained in ABA principles

Ability to provide 1:1 therapy

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
