Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services Temecula is hiring a Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children with Autism. You will help children develop social and communication skills and document progress as you follow behavior plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development or 1 year experience with children in roles like Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician.
