Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services Temecula is hiring for a Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children with Autism.

You will support social and communication skills, document progress, and implement behavior plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts. The role offers competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and comprehensive benefits in a child-centered team.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs
• Strong communication skills
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Completion of college coursework in psychology/education/social work/behavioral science or a minimum of one year experience working with children in roles such as Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician required.
