Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children on the autism spectrum with ABA-based activities. You will help build skills and document progress in 1:1 sessions, following individualized treatment plans and promoting essential daily skills.

No prior experience is required. The role offers paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and a path for career development within a collaborative team environment in Kenosha, WI.

Qualifications

• Availability to work full-time between 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday
• Centers are open periodically on Saturdays for make-up client sessions
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with children with special needs preferred.
• Strong work ethic and a positive, creative approach to problem-solving.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.
