Job summary

Caravel Autism Health in Kimberly, WI seeks a Behavior Technician (BT) to support children with autism through ABA-based sessions. You will implement individualized goals, document progress, and collaborate with a clinical team in a 1:1 setting.

Paid training will help you obtain RBT certification, with advancement opportunities and a supportive work environment. Full-time schedule, 8:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday; Saturdays may occur for make-up sessions.

Qualifications

We utilize a results-oriented approach based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) to assess how clients interact with their environment and respond to social cues, and you’ll play a crucial part in helping build skills and document progress. You’ll start your day playing and encouraging little learners, all while incorporating targets from each client’s individualized treatment plan and promoting the development of essential skills. Requirements
