Job summary

Brighter Tomorrow Behavioral Services is growing and seeks compassionate individuals to join as a Behavior Technician in Basking Ridge, NJ.

The role supports an adult client (18+) with a part-time schedule: Mon-Wed-Thu-Fri, 5:30p-7:30p (8 hours/week). We offer mentorship toward RBT certification and growth within ABA. Apply to begin a meaningful career path with our close-knit team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred: degree in psychology, education, or related field.
• Completion of a 40-hour RBT training is encouraged and we can assist with this.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with clients in their homes.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Communicate with supervising BCBAs and provide updates to families.
• Foster growth, independence, and meaningful progress in the lives of the children we serve.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

18 years old minimum

Degree in psychology, education, or related field (preferred)

40-hour RBT training (we can help with this)

What You’ll Do
