Job summary

Centria Autism in Texas seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one, implementing individualized behavior plans under a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills. Training is provided, so prior experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid Certification with TB test may be required.
• Background check required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• RBT certification after onboarding.
