Headrise ABA is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work with a 13-year-old boy in West Collingswood Extension, NJ. This part-time role offers $18–$25 per hour with a $200 sign-on bonus, and a chance to grow with support from experienced BCBAs in a hands-on setting.

Responsibilities include delivering ABA therapy, tracking progress with data, and helping develop communication and daily living skills. A background check and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass background check and have reliable transportation.

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.

Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician, 13 year old boy

• Location: West Collingswood Extension, New Jersey

• Job Type: Part time

• Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday 4:00PM - 7:00PM

• Salary: $18 - $25 per hour
