Job summary

Headrise ABA in North Brunswick, NJ seeks an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one therapy for a 3-year-old. Part-time role with Monday–Friday 4:00PM–5:30PM and some weekends; pay $18–$25/hour with a $200 sign-on bonus. You’ll work with BCBA-developed plans to build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Join a supportive team of BCBAs and families to ensure consistent treatment and meaningful progress for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willing to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician, 3 year old boy

• Location: North Brunswick, New Jersey

• Job Type: Part time

• Schedule: Monday- Friday 4:00PM-5:30PM plus weekends.

• Salary: $18 - $25 per hour
