Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. This center-based role offers multiple schedules and the chance to work with children using individualized treatment plans.

The position requires a HS diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of experience with children; ABA experience is preferred. Benefits include health coverage, 401k, and paid time off.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience And Education
