Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Toms River, NJ seeks compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• It is an essential function to meet the rigorous demands of the job (standing, lifting, engaging with children, etc.).

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.
