Behavior Technician Supports are health care professionals who work one-on‑one with individuals with autism achieve meaningful progress in their social, communication and/or daily living skills using the science of Applied Behavior Analysis. In addition, they provide critical administrative support to our clinical teams under the direction of local leadership.
Who We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma
- 500 experience hours
- Certification, registration and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment
- Speaking to others to convey information effectively
- Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work‑related documents
- Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience
- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
- Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself to make improvements or take corrective action
- Being aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do

What You Have
- High School Diploma
- 500 experience hours
- Certification, registration and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment
- Must be able to walk, stand, and sit throughout the workday (up to 50% or more as required)
- Must be able to quickly and independently change positions, including bending, kneeling, squatting, stooping, crouching, crawling, reaching, balancing, and sitting on the floor
- Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to occasionally run or move quickly and maintain continuous visual supervision and auditory awareness of clients to ensure safety
- May be required to exert physical control of clients in accordance with ABA guidelines
- Must be able to react quickly to client movement and changes in the environment
- Must be able to concentrate on tasks for sustained periods
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, families, and team members
- Must be able to work in loud, unpredictable high‑stimulation environments for extended periods, including settings with frequent noise, movement, and stimulating lighting
- Must be able to independently support client hygiene needs, including diapering and toileting, as required
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver behavior treatment by protocol to clients as directed using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Attend scheduled treatment sessions
- Follow all client treatment and safety processes and procedures as instructed
- Collect and record data with fidelity and reliability
- Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies
- Clean and sanitize as needed
- Collect and record data with fidelity and reliability
- Provide alternate coverage for session
- Provide administrative support to regional leaders and staff as directed including scheduling activities, onboarding support, opening/closing activities, management of office supplies, and cleaning
- Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings
- Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten
- Complete other tasks as assigned
- This role has no supervisory responsibilities, but may serve as a coach and mentor for other employees
