LEARN Behavioral in Tucson, AZ seeks a Managing Technician Autism Spectrum Therapies who will provide clinical direction to behavior technicians under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst. You will support high-quality treatment and mentor junior staff, ensuring fidelity to established ABA protocols.

This role focuses on professional development, collaboration with the supervising analyst, and opportunities to contribute to program growth.

Competenze

• Minimum 2,000 hours of ABA experience and advanced clinical competence or enrollment in a Master’s program.
• Certification, registration and/or license as required by local statutes and policies.
• Actively looking for ways to help people.
• Ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong.
• Communicating effectively in writing and in conversation.

• Deliver behavior treatment by protocol using Applied Behavior Analysis.

Overview

Managing Technicians are experienced ABA professionals who provide clinical direction and support under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst. They bring demonstrated clinical competence, reliability, and strong mentoring skills to support high-quality treatment and the development of Behavior Technicians.

Support clinical excellence by providing clinical direction, working with more complex cases, and partnering with the supervising Behavior Analyst to ensure services are delivered reliably and with fidelity.

Develop Behavior Technicians by providing timely clinical and professional feedback, guidance, and support to strengthen their skills and performance.

What You Have

What You’ll Be Doing

Provide clinical direction to behavior technician for assigned clients under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst

Assist Behavior Analysts in protocol modification, assessments and family treatment guidance

Deliver behavior treatment by protocol to clients as directed using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
