Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) is seeking compassionate and dependable Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in their homes and communities throughout Suffolk County. The position offers $20–$25 per hour with afternoon and after-school shifts.

Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision, helping clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills, collecting session data, and

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is preferred.
• ABA or autism-related experience is a plus.
• RBT certification is preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes.
• Availability during afternoon and after-school hours.
• A reliable device for collecting session data.
