About Achievement Behavior Services (ABS):
Founded in 2015 by a team of dedicated BCBAs and LCSWs, ABS has a successful history of supporting children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families through direct, in-home and in-community ABA therapy. Our approach uses the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help children increase their communication, adaptability, resilience, and independence.
Competitive hourly starting rate ($22-$32/hour, based on qualifications & credentials)

Opportunities to pursue Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Personalized training and supervision from a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in the home setting
Build positive rapport and support communication and social skills
Follow individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by a BCBA
Implement ABA strategies (prompting, redirection, reinforcement, reward systems)
Collect data and complete session notes daily
Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and team members
Relevant studies in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
Preferred: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Strong communication skills and adaptability under pressure
Proven reliability: punctual, responsive, and professional
Experience working with preschool and elementary school-aged children
Compassionate, engaging, and person-centered approach
Experience documenting session progress and data collection
6 y/o Male – Monday-Friday (afternoons)
11 y/o Female – Monday & Thursday (Summer 3-5 PM; School Year 3:30-5:30 PM); Friday available same hours
6 y/o Male – Monday-Friday 3:30-5:30 PM + Saturday 11-4 PM
