Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in their homes and communities throughout Somerset County.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision, supporting communication and daily living skills, and accurately recording session data while maintaining professional communication with families and clinical supervisors. Multiple cases exist in Somerset County.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is preferred.
• ABA or autism-related experience is a plus.
• RBT certification is preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients’ homes.
• Availability during afternoon and after-school hours.
• A reliable device for collecting session data.

Pay: $20–$28 per hour
