Job summary

Woven Care in Colorado is seeking a dedicated RBT to deliver one-on-one ABA sessions with children and to grow through training and certification.

The role starts at $15.16/hour during training, rising to $20–$24/hour based on experience and certification. We cover exam costs and offer tuition assistance up to $9,000.

Schedule is Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm and Friday 8am–4pm, with 30 hours guaranteed once certified. We provide ongoing support and clear career paths.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and Monday–Friday availability (8am–5pm).
• RBT certification or 40-hour RBT training; we cover exam costs.
• BLS/CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA sessions with children on the autism spectrum.
• Maintain continuous supervision of the client during sessions.
• Respond promptly to behaviors posing risk of harm.
• Implement approved behavior intervention and crisis management.
• Collaborate daily with BCBAs and a multidisciplinary team.
• Track session data and celebrate progress with families.
• Be fully present in a demanding, immersive role.
