Job summary

LEARN Academy in Scottsdale is hiring a Behavior Technician to support students with special needs. This full-time position starts at $18.50 per hour, with benefits including tuition reimbursement and referral bonuses. Candidates will collaborate with certified staff to help students develop academic and self-help skills and are required to have a high school diploma or equivalent. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience working with children in a special needs educational setting preferred but not required.
• Ability to collaborate and receive feedback, mentoring, and direction.
• Demonstrated experience in maintaining a professional perspective regarding student behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct instructional support to individuals and/or groups of students.
• Collecting data regarding student progress towards goals as directed.
• Assisting students in community and recreational activities.
