LEARN Behavioral is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician in Scottsdale, Arizona, to support students with special needs in developing academic and self-help skills, as well as emotional and social regulation. Candidates will provide direct instructional support and collaborate with certified staff to reinforce learning.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience with children in a special-needs educational setting preferred.
• Genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of children with special needs.
• Willingness to learn about different disability categories.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct instructional support to individuals and/or groups of students.
• Collecting data regarding students’ progress toward their goals as directed.
• Reinforcing academic behaviors taught by certified staff.
