Job summary

O.L.V. Human Services in Western New York seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. Under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst, you will implement BSPs, teach skills, and assist with FBAs, data collection, and caregiver training to ensure home follow-through.

You will work with clients in home, clinic, or school settings, five days a week, traveling to client homes across Erie and surrounding counties, providing consistent one-on-one support and progress monitoring.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic ABA principles.
• Ability to connect with children and families.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans and BSPs.
• Collect and document client data in Central Reach.
• Provide caregiver training for home follow-through.
• Travel to client homes within Erie and surrounding counties as needed.
• Observe behaviors to monitor progress and inform caregivers.
