Surpass Behavioral Health in Reading, PA seeks a compassionate Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to students in the Exeter school district under the supervision of a BCBA.

This part-time role offers paid training to obtain your RBT certification, daily pay options, bi-weekly bonuses, and a benefits package including 401(k) matching; work Mon-Fri 8:30am–1:00pm with possible transition to full-time in August.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Degree in behavioral health, education or related field preferred.
• Experience with children with ASD is a plus.
