Job summary

Surpass Behavioral Health is seeking a passionate Behavior Technician to join our team, working one-on-one with children and teens who have autism in clinical, school, or home settings under a BCBA supervision.

You'll implement individualized ABA-based plans, help manage challenging behaviors, collect data, and collaborate with caregivers. We offer a Monday–Friday schedule, paid RBT training, generous PTO, a 401k match, and earnings available daily through DailyPay.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED (Bonus if you have a relevant degree).
• Ability to earn RBT certification within 45 days (training provided).
• Experience with kids with autism is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to work full-time (approximately 30 hours per week on average).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA-based therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Use instructional materials to motivate learners and collect data.
• Document session notes and timesheets, track progress for caregivers.
